Stock Availability

In Stock Items
Items held in stock will be despatched within 48 hours upon receiving your order. If you have ordered a number of items, these will be despatched as they become available. We will not hold up your entire order waiting for an out-of-stock item or new release to arrive in stock.

We strongly recommend that you check your address prior to finalizing your order to ensure the goods are shipped to the correct address.

Out of Stock Items
In most cases, out-of-stock (back-order) items are on order from the manufacturers. When we receive the product, we will ship it to you promptly. Back-order titles usually come into stock within 1 to 2 weeks but can occasionally take longer. If your order is not ready to ship within 14 days, we will send you an update via e-mail. If for any reason we determine that a back-ordered item will no longer be available at all, we will notify you immediately by e-mail, cancel the item from your order and delete the item from our catalogue. We will refund your payment for this item or you may select an alternative of the same value.

Canceling Of Order

Canceling your Order
Your order can be changed or cancelled at any time before your order is sent. Once the order has been placed you can cancel your order by emailing us at [email protected]

We can only cancel orders that have not been shipped.

If you have submitted an order in error or changed your mind after your order is in the shipping process, we can only accept Returns.

Returns Policy

We believe in providing absolute customer satisfaction and want you to be happy every time you shop with us. So, in addition to your automatic right of cancellation, we have a "Total Satisfaction" guarantee. You may return any unopened item, within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price (minus the delivery charges.). No items will be accepted after this time.

Note: Complete purchase price will only be refunded in the case that the error was at the fault of or a Defective Items (see below)


Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will promptly send you a replacement or issue you a full refund after you have returned the damaged or defective title. You will not be charged any additional shipping or handling fees for replacement shipments. You can contact at [email protected]

All Returned Products must be:
1] Unused, unopened and in original artwork, liner notes and stickers
2] Undamaged by any foreign substance(s) on the media or has not been defaced and is not marked as defective.

Before you return any merchandise, you need to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from You do this by contacting the customer services staff via email. In your email, please state the date of purchase, the transaction reference number, the problem with your purchase, and whether you want to obtain a refund or exchange. Our staff will acknowledge your request, assign you an RMA number, and re-confirm our shipping address.

Refunds are credited only when the returned goods reach We cannot issue a refund without receipt of goods, so therefore we advise you to: (a) ensure that the RMA number is displayed prominently on the outside of your package, and (b) send the goods by registered mail.
