1) How do I contact CDHut Singapore?

2) How can I track my item(s)?

Once you place an order with us and that order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please note that you may receive more than one tracking number depending on how many items you purchased on our website.

3) How long does shipping take?
Shipping may take anywhere between 2-3 working days, depending on your location.

4) When will my order ship if some items contain a pre-order item?
The order will ship when the pre-order item arrives. All of your items will arrive all at the same time.

5) Who delivers my item(s)?
Your items will be delivered by SingPost.

Local Singapore delivery only

All orders are sent using SingPost service.
Your shipping charges are based on the Total Weight of your order.
Your order are usually dispatched within 24 ~ 48 hours.
At this time, we only dispatch from Monday through Friday except Singapore Public holidays.
